Blackout: Hong Kong insert

Insert for Blackout: Hong Kong.

I used the player holders from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3729538 and took inspiration for the resource wheel from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4725846

I complemented these design with a different deck holder, two trays for the tokens and a different wheel design so that it can be fixed to the side of the board and is broken up in three pieces.

All card holders are for sleeved cards.

I printed a second scout-tray-lid to fill in the leftover space and keep all the elements from moving in the box.
