English:
Fuse holder for installation in existing wiring to provide additional protection for electrical loads.
Fuse holder for 6.3 mm flat-blade connectors and automotive flat fuses to DIN 72581 (ATO / Littelfuse)
For use in automotive or motorcycle electrical systems up to 32 volts
Printed with PETG. ABS, PC, or nylon may also work, but not PLA, as it is not heat-resistant enough.
For flat plug sleeves with plastic insulation up to a wire cross-section of 2.5 mm² and
flat plug sleeves without insulation (DIN 46340 T1-T4) with or without a locking tab up to a wire cross-section of 4 mm².
6 mm² is also possible, but not recommended.
With M4 screw connection for secure fastening.
I wanted to try to see if it was possible to design a fuse housing from a single geometric part without having to use an additional screw for assembly. I succeeded.
It is recommended to first slide the contacts into place with the fuse for better positioning and then place them into one half of the housing.
