Blast Gate 25NB PVC

Remixed from 2817373. Re-used lock screw but resized everything down to suit 25NB PVC pipe to AS/NZS 1477:1999 series 1 class PN18. This is typical water pressure pipe in New Zealand and makes good dust collection ducting.

Assembled with six 3/16" dia x 5/8" long zinc plated gutter bolts. Wanted to use metric but got a 100 pack of these for same price as 3 M5x16 pan head screws.

Note, I have not size checks these yet on actual pipe but 40NB remix fitted perfectly. Confident any size issue can be fixed with sand paper or silicon.
