Blastoise Multipart Color

I cut the model in many part to be able to print without support and with separate colors.

Support is normally not needed, but depending on your printer check for the ears on the Head, and some overhang on the Core.

For the eye, you can paint the sunken part black, then once dry, sand it until you get the desired result (you may need first to paint it with transparent or white paint to keep the black paint to seep through the layer lines)
