BLheli ESC Programming clip

This is a clip to assist programming circuit boards by mating the ICSP pads to a programmer. I mainly use this for flashing my ESCs with blheli, but many uses for it in the electronics world.

Requires:
- grippy material to hold the ESC in place ( I use velcro, but you can use weather stripping or anything)
- rubber band
- CA glue

Just solder wires to the pins and glue it to the clip. I've included different clip designs, one with slots for the spring probes, but left some for the user to customize in case they have different spacing pads on their ESC.
