Blind Chain Clip

This simple and lightweight model of a clip that holds the chain of indoor roller blinds. These chain holders are required for child safety so they don't become entangled. But commonly (also due to children!) I find the original ones broken. 3D print the replacement part in whatever color suits your decor. Install with any countersunk screw that is suitable for your architraves. The inner hole is 5mm diameter.The clip is not joined togeher at the screwhole area. The model has a 0.25mm gap so you can bend the plastic slightly to push the chain through without seperating the chain links. Tips for installing:Don't overtighten the screw when installing, just enough to stop the clip rotating is fine.Install the clip so there is some slack in the chain but not too much. Pull it tight, then come up about 25mm (1") and it should be about right.
