The original model has problems with topology and, most importantly, with orientation, which causes overhanging elements in the area of a thin blade when printing, as well as two halves that are difficult to orient when gluing.
I aligned the model and cut it exactly in half along the thinnest element - the blade, set the size to about 300mm, which is a lot, but in real life this is what you need, and also added grooves for easier docking when gluing the halves.
Yes, the model still has topology issues, maybe I'll fix it in the future.
