Blinkt! compatible Top panel for Raspberry ClusterHat Case

Note : This design was made for the original ClusterHat case, by ModMyPi. To have it compatible with the latest version available from ThePiHut ( https://thepihut.com/products/cluster-hat-case ), some modifications will be required !

One of the original project to use the Cluster Hat by Chris Burton (@burtyb), is to add @Pimoroni's Blinkt! to each #RaspberryPiZero of your cluster. However, the original case wasn't compatible with such setup. Therefore, I made this new top to allow each of the 4 Blinkt! indicators to come up properly with a closed case.
