Blitzdesign

This literally is a Blitzdesign - the whole idea was born just 27 hours before deadline. After a good night's sleep i spend another 12 hours to setup a topology optimization, interpret the result and redesign the whole thing. Weight: 1.55 oz Volume: 2 cu in Max. Stress (Von Mises): 4430 PSI So there we are - the design could be lighter if there was no need to keep 2d radius around the bolt-holes, but still: The two-piece design doesn't seem to heavy and shows a good behavior in the FEA.
