Blocky - Articulated Robot

Blocky is a simple articulated design I built for my 4th and 5th grade 3D modeling class at Scotch Elementary School in West Bloomfield, Michigan. It's part of a tutorial that I've set up to teach some basics of articulation.

Blocky is a robot that can be altered however you choose and uses different types of articulation. It's printed in one piece and has a screw type hole that lets you change out its hands for anything you desire. I've included the screw piece that you can attach to your object of choice for its hands and a basic helmet that you can freely modify.

Idea here is sky's the limit. Make what you want to make Blocky your own. The shapes are easy to model around, so you can create clothes, appearances, armor, backpacks, whatever you can think of.
