BloxFruits Darkblade 56''

This is a 1000% scaled up version of @gbombadon's (Blox Fruits Dark Blade). I scaled it up and inserted x3 27'' long ¼'' steel rods to add strength so that it does not fall apart under the weight. I printed it in 12 pieces that took 83 hours to print over 3 spools of filament. And it weighs 6 pounds! Supports- Yes, but only for some of the plates. Assembly- Insert one of the rods into the very bottom piece then you can slide on the rest of the handle and add super glue or 3D Gloop as needed then, what I did was take a soldering iron to the seams to smooth them out and the parts around the handguard of the sword where the layer lines stacked out very wide I smoothed those out too, before sanding and painting.
