BLTouch Cover Protector (Remix again)

Updated 2.4: Been meaning to do this for a while sorry it took so long, I just hadn't got around to until I needed to reprint this part. Moved the probe hole back 1mm so it's more centered on the probe, and adjusted the "clip" portion of the top to hold the cover in place a bit better.

Update 2.3: Designed it so the top of the mount now clips around the BLTouch so it cannot slide down the BLTouch when printing at rappid rates.

Update 2.1: Added an indent for the mounting screws at the top of the cover, and made the hole the probe goes through smaller to minimize LED glare on the print bed

I liked Pheelix14's "BLTouch Cover Protector (Remix)" but I wanted to still be able to see some of the LED in case it did not perform it's self-test correctly during boot.

So I left the "BLTouch" lettering exposes so the LED is not shining in my Pi-Cam and it's still covered so it doesn't light up the room and can still see the LED status.
