bltouch effector 0.9.5

Parameter driven openscad effector for bltouch mounting. Lets you choose the effector width, rotation of the hotend hole, bltouch offset, bltouch rotation, arm length, arm width, etc.

Version 0.1

I printed an effector I downloaded from here earlier today to try and connect my bltouch but it didn't quite fit my e3d v6 in the clamp so I decided to have a go at making my own in sketch up... after that failed I googled a lot and decided to modify vitaminrad's awesome work.

I haven't printed it yet.. will do that tomorrow.

Just tweaked it a little bit so the cable hole points towards the bltouch so it's wires can hopefully go through the same hole.

Update for Version 0.3: I printed 0.2 today ... the nut holes are a bit small and the whole effector is probably a bit slim (especially the clamps).
