BLtouch Ender 3 MAX mount

My new (and first) Ender 3 MAX came with BLtouch mounting holes to the right of the hotend so I re-purposed the BLtouch from my dead Cocoon Create Touch.

I couldn't find a suitable existing mount so quickly designed my own in Fusion360.

Offsets should be:
x: +47
y: -8
z: ~ -2.75 (but obviously will depend on each printer)
