The Orange LED in my BlTouch interferes with the view from my left-side, gantry-mounted web cam. So I made a lamp shade for it.
Fits ANTCLABS BLTouch V3.1. I don't know if it will fit other versions or knockoffs. If your BLTouch is something other than an ANTCLABS V3.1 and this fits (or doesn't), please post a comment.
I printed at 0.1 layer thickness. There are a lot of small angles and the thinner layers help with resolution. But it may work fine at 0.2 or other resolutions (don't know, didn't try).
There are no segments thicker than 1.6mm so there's nothing to be gained with infill less than 100% and your slicer is probably going to give you 100% infill anyway, no matter what you set.
It's a tight fit, but it needs to be to keep the opening for the probe aligned. Should already be properly oriented for your slicer. Depending on the quality of bridging your printer is capable of, you might need to do a little cleanup on the printed part.
If you've got custom duct work
