bltouch spacers

Noticed that my bltouch wasn't 100% plumb, so modified the spacer to be at 1 & 2 degrees, leaning towards the fan. The 1 degree one seems to be the best fit for my printer



This is a partial remix of rhattie's BLTouch Mount for Wanhao i3 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2719441 that i printed for my Maker Select. I have it mounted on the left of the fan rhattie has it on the right.

Height was wrong on my Maker Select so i made a series of 1mm incremental steps based of rhattie's Thing. I was then able to get my bltouch mounted at the correct height. There is a cut-out simply to reduce weight and filament
