Blue Alpine Tray Stackers - Medium & Large Trays

DescriptionI found there weren’t many options for Blue Alpine tray stackers after getting a freeze dryer in December 2025. I needed to utilize the space in my actual freezer more efficiently as part of the prep process to eventually freeze dry certain foods, so I set out to create some stackers. These stackers are primarily designed to be used with the silicone mats that also come from Blue Alpine. They work without, however they lean further into the pan after being hooked on the edge during initial setup. After placing the next tray on top, there isn’t really any difference between having the silicone mat or not. The stacker will secure itself behind the top lip of the next pan which holds it in place and stable. Overall I’m pretty happy with the result, and want to share it with others.
