This blue eyed jester scepter is for those that are into running with cookies through the kingdom, especially those that move like shadows, drink milk, and eat cookies. I would recommend that you get a short wooden dowel rod to put into the center of the scepter handle to make it more solid. The entire scepter is about 25 inches tall.
