I designed this case to be much more durable than the one supplied with the BlueSCSI source files. I also built it so that the bottom of the case doesn't extend all the way to the end of the PCB so that it will easily plug into the vintage Macs with plastic ridges under the SCSI port, like the IIcx, IIci, Quadra 700, Quadra 660AV, Quadra 610 and PowerMac 6100. This does leave the connector pins exposed, so be careful not to accidentally short the connector if you are using a computer with a metal case.
The BlueSCSI snaps into the bottom of the case and the top of the case snaps into the bottom case. Place the rear tab in place first then use that as a sort of hinge to snap the top case closed. There is a ridge on the bottom case used to hold the BlueSCSI in place using the pins of the headers that poke out the bottom of the board.
