This is my attempt at recreate a hull for my bluetooth headphones which finally broke, and disassemble.
The idea is to remove any destructive design from the headset (such as glue or having to cut any wire connecting the two ears of the headphone.
After a first boring try at just coning and patching the original one, I settled on redesigning it from scratch, save for the speakers and electronic board that I kept (that's going to be the next stage I guess).
You can now assemble and disassemble this headphone without any tool or destructive operations, enabling to just change broken parts. Or to allow for easier customization.
You'll need one of each part printed (ok, some left/right parts are the same but it's easier to print each and every file).
Never printed it yet, so I guess it's a beta.
