This is my second created bluetooth speaker. This speaker will replace our old radio at work. This time, I made it without battery's and sounds pretty good.

All the red parts are printed with Ninjaflex for air tight enclosure. Printer settings 0.2, 10% to 15% infill and 3 perimeters. Body and speaker parts needs support.

I have heated up the brass knurls with a soldering iron. They slide right in the sockets. Be sure they are straight.
