BMW E36/7 Z3 Window switch support bracket.

Sometimes the window switches can get pushed through the center console leaving them inside and out of reach.
Poor design fails to secure them in place.
These brackets glued to the inside of the console firmly support the switches in place.
We used JB Weld plastic bonder to secure them in place. A clamp helps to hold them whilst the epoxy cures.
