Boat swim flag bracket

While out on your boat, sometimes you want to keep an orange swim flag flying for a long time while folks are having a swim around the boat. This tells other boats to stay clear of you because you have people in the water. These brackets let you fasten it to one of the poles of your bimini canopy (or other vertical pole on your boat). They are designed to fit a 7/8 inch diameter pole and a 1/2 inch diameter swim flag rod. The 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5 designations indicate the center-to-center spacing in inches between the swim flag rod and the boat pole. The 1.5 inch version is shown in the photos. When in doubt, choose a larger spacing than you think you need.

Print (1) upper and (1) lower piece, as well as (2) M8 knobs.

Purchased parts required are:
(2) M8 washers
(2) M8 socket-head cap screws of at least 30 mm length
(2) M8 nuts

Zinc-plated or stainless steel fasteners are recommended.
