Bondtech BMG MK3S Volcano Modification

This is for the volcano heater block changes only, the rest of the files can be sourced from the original creator above.

The modification will allow you to use the BMG style extruder on your prusa mk3s with an e3d volcano heater block.

The fan shroud has been modified to increase the space between the heater block and fan shroud without decreasing cooling air flow. The Volcano heater block isa slight bit longer at the front part of the heater block so the extra room is needed. The extra room also allows you to put on a silcone sock without melting the fan shroud.

The fan shroud mod also meant that in order to move the fan the fan supports also needed to be moved which has also been done.

I've tested the mod and so far it works well.
