BOO Box
This is a 60 X 60 mm box (inside dimensions) with radiused corners, 30 mm deep with 1 mm walls. It includes a small plaque with "BOO" to be glued to the box lid. The box is ideal for a few treats for your favorite Trick or Treaters.
The cover has a shallow indent for the label plaque.
The label plaque is a separate piece so the cover can print face down on the bed, avoiding supports and the plaque can be printed face up.
If you're up for the challenge, the label plaque can be printed in two colors (see images), with a pause and filament swap as the letters begin to print.
Printed with PLA using a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.15 mm layers, 1 mm shells. Infill doesn't really come into play with the walls so thin.
