Boomerang

I designed this boomerang for a flight competition. It’s quick and easy to print, and it has a graceful flight every time. All you need to do is place your thumb on the end of one of the blades, whip your wrist, and let go to give it spin and a beautiful, wave-like flight path. I had planned to capture some videos of it, but during testing, it hit some power lines and shattered. Don’t worry, the power lines were fine, but the boomerang wasn’t—it snapped in two, despite having survived a 10-meter fall onto concrete earlier.
