Got the idea from

But I had to modify some as my fan I have is from the server and they are strong and some may say that the fan is kinda loud.
With a small case fan, it will fit a 40mm server fan and with out the small case fan it will fit 60mm server fan with including covers around the fan.
Power supply, I have some laying around power plug that has 12v -1A
Once assembled, you can also attached a wire handle from a paint can or just make your own from a coat hanger. It is better if the device is hanging and hoses goes straight down to the shoes or lay side ways.
If you want standing, I also include a STAND OPTIONAL.STL file and fits just right and no need to use glue.
