The door of my Bosch dishwasher was falling. At first, it was correctly standing (whatever the position: it you open it halfway, it stays there). Then, one day, I heard a worrying noise. And the door was less firmly standing. I could still let the door be maintained at "almost closed" position. But if you open it just a little bit, it falls to "completely open position". Dangerously so, because you could be surprised and hurt. Then, months later, another breaking noise. And now the door has just a binary position: either it is closed and lock, either it free falls to full open position.
Anyway, you know what I mean. And if you don't at this point, that means that you don't need this thing.
Turned out there are 2 springs, one at each side, that are linked to both the frame, and the door, through a cord. The cheap plastic link between springs and doors/frame were broken (all 4 of them! the two spring-cord link, and the two spring-frame link).
Apparently, internet research taught
