It is a Bosch Battery Mount to hold a Battery of the Professional series.
This is a derivate of my other Bosch Professional Battery Mount with electronic.
I used the same electronics as in my other mount but the electronics is not integrated.
In the Mount I used the electronics (30 Euro, $30) of the Bosch Fan:

To screw the two halves together I propose 3x15 mm sheet metal or Thermoplastic screw (no plastic screws).
To screw down the Holder I propose 4 mm Countersunk screws.
