Bottle Closure

A model of a BOTTLE CLOSURE for glass bottles, like beer bottles (0.33 and 0.5 litres), how used in Germany and possibly even worldwide. The original product is made of two plastic parts (joined together by a gluing- or an ultrasonic welding process), a metallic wire bow, a sheet metal part - fastened by bending onto the wire bow - and a sealing ring, made of soft rubber. The plastic parts could be alternative made of metal (for example: aluminium) and manufactured by machining (for example: CNC). Instead of the above decribed fastening methods for the cap onto the sealing ring carrier, a thread joint is also thinkable. The model is available in following data formats: STEP-file (.stp) of the complete assembly, STL-files (.stl) of all plastic components and all native files (.prt) and (.asm), in a (.7z)-folder, for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
