This is a knob for 4 ton harbor freight bottle jacks for lift/lower rotation. This may fit similar jacks. One of the pics shows coupler dimensions in inches.
I printed this in PETG with 100% fill, and it is a good snug fit. A harder filament would be better, but the part is working.
