Bottom Head & Hat

I tried to make it so it would be easier to attach the rubber band or scrunchy to the bottom and the hat without having to cut it in half.

1. Attach the rubber band to the bottom.
2. Thread it through the chest and head.
3. Stretch the rubber band past the head.
4. Pinch the stretched rubber band so that you have some non-stretched rubber band above the head
5. Thread the non-stretched rubber band into the hat.
6. Slowly let go so that the rubber band pulls the model together.
