Bowden clamp cap extra strength

This is an improved version of the Bowden clamp knurled cap screw-on nut that provides additional strength to prevent deformation of the cap when secured. Tested with PLA at 0.1mm layer height and 100% infill.

The other bowden clamp caps have too thin of a top section that the cone gripper pushes against when being screwed down so under temperature and stress a PLA printed one may crack and not provide the gripping strength needed to hold the bowden in place.

This version has an added cone at the top which provides reinforcement to prevent deformation.
