THOSE PESKY CLIPS Those pesky clips that people either don't mind, or loathe. They are much easier to use if you understand what they do. When you put the bowden tubes into the holes for the first time, no one tells you they are now locked. They just tell you to put the blue clips on. And they are funny. Then frustrating. Then they twang across the room or under the table. Because you needed just that little bit more pressure on it for it to place but your fingers are slippy, it's tiny and off it goes on its own mission around your lab. So I made a better one ? maybe. Wanna test it ? Here's the model. PS. the black hole you put the bowden tube in, is able to loosen and trighten inside. when you push the bowden tube in, it pushes the black hole in a little, you may not notice. That loosens it inside and then you stop pushing and the black hole grabs onto the bowden tube. That leaves a gap for this clip to be pushed into and stops the black hole being pushed in, thus stopping the bowden tube being pulled out. And to remove the bowden tube, you pull the clip off, push the black hole in and pull the bowden tube out, easy. Yea, now you know. But there isn't any explanation and with gorilla fingers, poor eye sight, sweat and frustration, it's good to know how these things work I have tried to redesign the clip with better grip area. Link in the comments. Did you see it yet ? It looks like a toilet.
