Box cutter, rounded bolt mod

This is a slight tweak to an excellent design for a knife that takes 18mm blades: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3788426

Using the knife one handed, loosening and tightening the screw with the thumb, I found the original bolt design a bit sharp on the edge. I modified my first one with sandpaper, adding a subtle fillet. I decided to tweak the model for future prints.
