No additional parts or hardware required; this is to fit a box i have, the original part broke.
manually measured and redrawn tight to attempt to fix the original issue, and went with square base instead of tapered for stability.
the box fan is a cheap lasko from walmart (there are many exact copies of this design in different brands)
.SKP included in case you need a modified version, you can use sketchup online for free i believe.
