Fits box fan with square holes 109.5mm[4.31in] apart and 12.95mm[0.510in] wide x 10.15mm[0.400in]. (see picture)I used PETG and 4 outer wall loops with 20% infill. This allows for some flexibility when adding and removing while giving some strength at the critical joints.No other parts needed.Minor supports needed for specific overhangs for the notch part when building upside down.whatever material is used will need some flex to insert into fan otherwise it will not fit.
