A box for holding 35mm slides. I had a large collection of slides without good storage and wanted to make boxes of various sizes for storing them in, The interior of the base is slightly ridged to stop the slides slipping.

STLs for various sizes are included, and you can use the OpenSCAD script to make other sizes. You need to run it separately for the base and the top. Please download the script and run it locally: the Thingiverse customizer doesn't display the parameters correctly, so I have not enabled it.

The top should form a snug but not over-tight fit to the base. I tested this with Cura and a 0.4mm nozzle. It may not work exactly for other nozzle sizes or slicers. Please post a comment if you find it works OK with other settings. You can use the rim_slop and rim_thickness parameters to tune this.

Note that the number of slides per box is cautious. You can in most cases fit more in, depending on the exact type of mount and how tightly you are willing to cram them.
