Deep box (200mm) designed with BySoft CAM / Solidworks and corner reliefs. To overcome the problem of deep bending I used a ByBendSmart press brake with a "double" adaptor setup. This machine has a really nice open height/free space so using the additional adaptor is no problem. Bend 1 and 2 could also switched according to the operator preferences and available options. For my bend sequence I would recommend a bend line marking and/or bend line laser, or maybe someone here has a better suggestion.
