BPY Camshaft Alignment Tool

Found some dimensions from a forum, made a camshaft tool.

ToSize - Camholder: Is a STL that is the exact dimensions of the photos in the post.

Resized - Camholder: Is a STL that is a slightly larger pin diameter than what is found in the image. I used PLA to print my tool, and noticed it shrunk marginally. It fit much better than the "ToSize" one I found.

I used this to reinstall the camshafts into my rebuilt engine. So, I used it to align the cams as well as to install a new timing belt. Your mileage may vary though it worked for me in the most extreme teardown case. Sorry I forgot to take photos when reinstalling.

I was already tearing down to get to the valves so I just removed the whole girdle at the same time and used this tool when installing the tensioner. To remove the sprocket, you can use an appropriate wrench, and an impact to zip off the VVT bolt.

Obviously, it goes without saying that this won't allow you to remove the VVT sprocket. If you want to do that, I recommend
