I found this design preferable as it holds the filament directly in line with the extruder. I designed it to bolt in with the stock bolts in the printer. This design holds a reverse bowden tube to assist in feeding the filament smoothly. Print with the single hole down as it is the critical hole and needs smooth good printed surfaces. I used a raft as I was having a hard time with the part sticking to my glass even when heated as the part is so small. Use a M6 tap to tap the threads into the part for the fitting to screw into.

I used this kit from amazon for my tube and fittings the tube is almost 3 times the length it needs to be so you can replace it if you kink it wear it out. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01F1XTRGI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
