I work in a school where safety is paramount. So instead of having a hinged door on the enclosure I wanted something where I could slide in perspex/wood/acrylic to form an enclosure that would be difficult for little people to stick their fingers in.
I printed the joining brackets from The N.A.L.E. project to join the 2 lack tables together. I then edited these in tinkercad to create my slotted brackets. They have a 5mm gap which I reckon will be good enough to take 3mm/4mm perspex/wood as your enclosure material. You will need 4 of each bracket. The "bottom bracket" has a filled in section I designed to catch the enclosure material. The material for enclosing it is inserted from the top and lowered into the brackets.
I also forgot to rename the upper bracket so it still has the Tinkercad name "grand snicket" oops 🫣
Thanks for @Mike_attempts for the inspiration and original files.
