This is a braille trainer using arduino nano.
The trainer is foldable, so that it can show both the layout of the actual braille and the braille keyboard. The folding mechanism also saves space when not used. The trainer has 4 magnets inside to hold the two parts folded or unfolded.

All the wires are hidden inside the hinge, and shall not wear out because of exposure or folding. To ensure the buttons can be pushed down with minimal strength of young kids, I used micro switches instead of push buttons. They can also be easily bought and replaced should they fail.

The Arduino nano is powered directly by a power bank which uses a 18650 cell. It can be charged with built in micro usb slot. If the cell dies and is no longer rechargeable, users can buy a new 18650 cell and replace it themselves.

The trainer also has a built in 3.5mm audio jack, the speaker will be off when a headphone is plugged in.

This version is for the Chinese Chuyin(Bopomofo) System braille which is used
