One part of the cookie cutter cuts out the shape and the other stamps in the brain pattern. That way you don’t have to worry about how thinly you’ve rolled out your dough and they come out perfect every time! The largest part in the roller which is 180 mm tall. The pattern goes infinitely around the roller. To create both hemispheres of the brain just flip it over and do the other side.
