Still a WIP. Currently making the hole a tighter fit
Took the dimensions of the shell and formed a hole for 17/32 Brass Tubing. Hole is oversized about 102% to accommodate shrinkage ( sized at 0.63”/16mm ID)
The no chamber design has an open back, so that you can load elite darts without ejecting the shells. There’s a little lip at the bottom of the shell to catch the brass. I’d recommend filing/using a Dremel if this part doesn’t load smoothly, or catches the darts you’re using.
For the no chamber shell, use 1.89”/48mm length brass to match the BuzzBee shells.
The chambered file has a little pocket for air to catch, as well as expand and push the dart out. I don’t really know if it works better or worse, as I haven’t tested or printed this one. It’s just something left over from the parent file (from JoeTheTitan). With this one, you can have to eject the shells, and you cant extend the brass to give air more space to push the dart. If you print this version, use brass that
