Breadboard Wire Bending Tool + Wire Measuring/Cutting Tool

I took inspiration for this tool from [elkayem](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1274814).

I really like the design but i needed something for measuring and cutting the wire. Hence I designed this tool for combining the measuring/cutting and bending (unfortunately it cannot strip the wire (yet ;) ).

You can create wires for bridging 1 to 16 holes. 12 mm are added, 6 mm for each side for stripping the wire.

How to use it:

1. put the wire in the right pocket
2. cut the wire
3. strip the isolation at each side (6 mm)
4. put one striped end into the the hole in the pocket
5. bend the wire into the pocket
6. bend the other striped end of the wire around the edge
