Breathing Keychain

Inspired by the Box Breathing Keychain by Minakousagi (thing:5280558), I designed a keychain for a breathing exercise I often practice with my patients. As I work in Germany, I used the german words "einatmen" for inhale and "ausatmen" for exhale.

The little knobs on the side are for counting while breathing:
