Bresser Biolux Microscope thread

This is a replacement for the Bresser BioLux.

Cura Settings:
the original Part is 23mm (z) high and has a diameter of 38.76 mm (xy)
The part fits a bit too tight, so I would widen it to about 39,1mm(xy)

Instructions:
- unscrew the four screws on the bottom of the microscope
- unattach the 3 cabel adapters
- unscrew four more screws in the case leading to the microscope head
- unscrew the microscope desk and the slide holder as well as the height handel
- you can now pull out the moving part of the mechanical stage, but be careful, the bearings will fall out and you will have to put them back later on
- now pull out the thread and replace it with the new one
- now reverse the process
