Brim is recommended, with slower speeds or great adhesion not necessary.To avoid visible layer lines, 0,12 mm is recommended, 0,2 mm should also be ok not as clean looking. Added another profile with +0,2mm tolerance for speaker head as some of the comments mentioned it to be too tight.For original profile, minor sanding or using deburring tool etc. also works.
