Brick Winch + hook 2x4

I have drawn a brick winch for you, which consists of three parts. bottom base, center axis, upper lids. All printed and tested. I recommend printing the center axis vertically and preferably from some stronger material (ABS, ASA, PET-G) and carefully cutting out the supports. The axis is quite fragile.
